Job Description

Our client is a global organisation with strong roots in the US and has experienced significant growth across the UK, Europe, and worldwide over the past decade. The business continues to expand while maintaining its entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. They operate across several specialist areas, including underwriting in niche markets, commercial business lines, and reinsurance, offering a stimulating and globally connected environment. The role is to provide high – level support to two exceptionally busy senior leaders who have worked within the industry for a long time.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes for Senior Leadership with strong discretion, prioritisation, and anticipation of needs.
  • Coordinate communications, meetings, travel, expenses, and events; prepare agendas, papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting cross-team projects and acting as a trusted partner.
  • Oversee exec budgets, support team operations, manage new-starter setup, and provide cover for other EAs.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive EA experience in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Expert calendar management, negotiation, event planning, and project coordination.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; excellent organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to support senior executives with complex diary/inbox management and deliver under tight deadlines.
