Job Description

Location: London, West End, 5 days in the office

An outstanding opportunity has become available to support a UHNWI. Based in the West End, you will form part of a well-established and trusted support partnership with other EAs to ensure seamless coordination across all areas of business and private responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Manage and maintain the Principal’s diaries and schedules. 
  • Global travel coordination, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc. 
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project & operational support
  • Help cover and work well with the Executive Assistants and staff from the household

The person:

  • Ideally wanting business and private EA experience within investment banking, trading or financial services
  • Exceptional multi-tasker able to manage and execute multiple complex tasks concurrently to a high standard
  • Outstanding organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining composure
  • Self starter who can deal with ebbs and flows of work volume - always finding ways to be useful and constructive
  • Ability to handle and deliver projects
  • Flexibility of approach - willingness to do the big stuff and the small stuff
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across levels/functions and communicate effectively
  • Collaborative team player able to maximize team performance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn databases, systems, and software quickly
  • Demonstrated ethics, integrity, confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
