Job Description

A truly exciting opportunity has opened up within a vibrant hospitality business. This role supports a small group of senior leaders at C-suite level, working closely in a collaborative, high-performing team. This role is based in West End offices with some scope to WFH when suitable.

We’re looking for an EA with natural flair and grit, someone who instinctively rolls up their sleeves, spots what needs doing before being asked and takes real pride in keeping the wheels turning.

You’ll be warm, engaging and emotionally intelligent, with an easy confidence that allows you to connect with people at every level. This is a front-facing role where you’ll act as a true ambassador for the brand, so energy, authenticity and a spark of personality are absolutely essential!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide seamless, high-level Executive Assistant support to the senior leadership team.
  • Manage complex and fast-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are balanced and time is used effectively.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, accommodation, visas and detailed logistics.
  • Prepare and collate meeting agendas, presentations, briefing packs and supporting materials to a high standard.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external meetings and events, including leadership offsites, town halls and senior-level gatherings, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Maintain and uphold company values in all interactions, helping to foster a warm and collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates stability and longevity in previous roles.
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous.
  • Naturally confident with a warm, professional presence in the office.
  • A genuine team player who brings positive energy and contributes to office culture.
