Finance Team Assistant - Temp to Perm

Job Description

We are seeking a Team Assistant who is immediately available to join a boutique finance firm based in the heart of the West End. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment with exposure across multiple areas of the business.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the wider team whilst also being fully client facing. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy a varied and fast paced role with scope for progression. The firm have excellent perks including team trips abroad and daily free lunch.

Responsibilities

• Arranging meetings
• Travel booking
• Meeting room preparation
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Managing the reception desk
• Ordering office supplies
• Coordinating team lunches
• Database management
• Arranging internal events
• Assisting with expenses and accounts
• HR administration

Skills Required

• Previous administration or office support experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
