Job Description

A lovely position has come up for a very personable and efficient candidate with gravitas. Working in a luxury studio in Chelsea, you will be based Front Of House, meeting and greeting UHNW clients who arrive. On top of this, you will be doing office manager duties and some House Management for the Founder's 4 properties. Some experience in the Property sector would be helpful but not a must.

As the first impression for the company, you should take pride in this role as well as having natural ability in keeping the office looking pristine.

This is a great role, joining a really friendly team. This role is office based.

Duties will include:

  • Welcoming clients into the office - making teas and coffees
  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Scheduling zoom calls
  • Organizing meeting rooms
  • Keeping the kitchen well stocked
  • Managing post
  • Overseeing / liaising with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensuring the office is filled with flowers!
  • Seeing to IT issues
  • Chasing up the house managers to make sure all is ready for tenant arrivals
  • Ad hoc errands

The ideal cadidate:

  • Will have experience in Property
  • Happy sitting FOH
  • Be friendly and sociable
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Enjoys being a helpful team player
  • Well presented
  • Strong communication skills
