Head of Operations

Job Description

A fast-growing deeptech venture creation company is looking for a highly organised and proactive Head of Operations to become the operational backbone of the business.

This is a hands-on role spanning operations, people, systems, finance, and executive support and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and helping teams scale effectively.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership across:
• Operations & systems management
• HR and team operations
• Executive support to CEO & COO
• Finance and business administration
• Events, projects, and internal coordination

We’re looking for someone with:
• 8+ years’ experience in operations or business support
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting senior leadership
• Confidence with systems, tools, and process improvement
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
