Job Description

Interested in Investor Relations? This is an incredible opportunity to join a hugely successful Private Equity Real Estate Manager firm as an EA focusing on Investor Relations. This will be an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to some very impressive stakeholders whilst also managing fundraising, communications and marketing.

Duties include:

  • Manage and maintain the executives’ diaries and schedules, ensuring all appointments are scheduled and coordinated efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, covid travel documents and ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries, especially for fundraising roadshows where the travel plans will be complicated and extensive
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, and managing expense reports. This may also include but is not limited to:
    • Data room input using salesforce and dealcloud;
    • Taking IC committee and other meeting notes;
    • Assisting with pitchbooks and fund reporting;
    • Helping with data management on excel
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executives’, screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence as appropriate
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and events including arranging venues, catering, and audio-visual equipment as required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, as required
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the executives’ and management team
