Junior EA - CEO's Office

Job Description

Our client, a well-regarded and rapidly growing venture capital firm, is seeking an ambitious graduate to support as a Junior EA in the CEO's office.

Based in gorgeous offices in the City, the successful individual will be joining a small, social and high-achieving team who all work incredibly hard.

Ideally you will have a years' worth of professional services experience post University. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who really wants to learn, get stuck in and kick start their career into becoming a fabulous EA. You will be inquisitive with an exceptional eye for detail, have a can-do attitude, be a creative problem solver, as well as happy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.

Duties include:

• Administrative support to the Managing Partner and COO
• Meeting and appointment booking
• Travel management
• Event coordination
• Scheduling support
• Expense and credit card management
• Light office management support
• Covering when EAs are absent

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree minimum 2:1
• One years corporate experience
• An interest in Technology and Start ups
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills
• Tech savvy
