Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate looking to grow in their career and sink their teeth into a Private PA position. Our client is seeking a polished, bubbly candidate, able to stand in as an ambassador for the Client, with key attributes of positivity and discretion.

Duties:

• Diary Management
• Events management and planning
• Microsoft Office
• Develop & maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc office management tasks
• Personal administrative tasks

Essential skills:

• Highly organised
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Numerical literacy
• Clear communication, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Some PA experience
