A unique opportunity has come up for someone looking to kick start their career in headhunting! Our client is a boutique firm, based in gorgeous offices in Mayfair. They focus on exciting and fast-moving sectors including leisure, luxury goods, hospitality and retail. They are a small, hugely successful and fun team and this is a wonderful and inspiring environment to learn the ropes.

They are seeking a bright, forward thinking graduate to join the team as a Junior Researcher. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, naturally curious, who wants to progress their career.

As Junior Researcher you may be doing the following:

• Identification of potential target companies and individuals across multiple consumer industries
• Database management: ensuring information is regularly updated and accurately maintained along with utilising data to assist in searches and reports.
• Preparing accurate client report summaries and presentation documents including Assignment Briefs, Long Lists, Shortlist Profiles and Search Overviews.
• Conducting research and compiling relevant documents for candidates to ensure they are fully informed ahead of interviews.
• Assisting with business development activity providing detailed information on companies and individuals.
• Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge, maintaining a high level of research activity capturing market and people intelligence.
• Analysing industry news on a daily basis to circulate internally
