Job Description

A hugely exciting, fun opportunity has arisen to join a private members club in West London as a Membership Concierge. With an emphasis on sports, this is a great chance for someone who is passionate about the industry to get fully immersed in the business and with UHNW clients.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being client facing and is great at building and maintaining lasting relationships.

Each day will look a little different but you can expect:

  • Welcoming new guests and assisting with the onboarding process
  • Main point of contact for Club members and Private Office clients, providing support and assistance when required.
  • Manage client events from idea to execution, including overseeing guestlists and completing host responsibilities.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with Private Office clients and Club members.
  • Member gifting and mailouts; sending welcome packs etc.
  • Assist with membership admin, contribute to the bi-weekly members email, register new members and process membership renewals.
  • Oversee the website; ensure the product information and webpage are always up to date
  • Diary management and bookings for the Founder and CEO
  • Assisting the bookmakers with compliance administration
  • Host events at various racing events across the year
