Job Description

A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing media company as an office administrative assistant. Based in stunning offices in the heart of buzzy Soho, you will be stepping into a newly created role and really have the opportunity to run with it and make it your own. The team in the office are dynamic, sociable and fast paced and are looking for someone to slot in and join them as soon as possible.

This is a pacey, hands on role with no two days the same, you may be doing:

  • Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
  • Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing of all company documents
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Updating contact lists on the company database
  • Office cover during staff holidays
  • Assisting the office manager with regular health and safety checks
  • Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches
  • Weekly reconciliation of general office expenses
  • Tracking of maintenance queries with building managers
  • Support the Office Manager and HR Department with HR administrative support (e.g. onboarding, ordering of equipment, tracking of deliveries, etc)
