Job Description

This is a fabulous Office Manager role for an up and coming confident candidate who is looking for a challenging, new opportunity. There is huge scope with this role and lots of progression opportunity. This company is an exciting, fast paced business and they offer a great place to work for someone with ambition!

These guys are top of their game, as such they have high, exacting standards – they expect excellence from their staff but the benefits are there for the taking and you are part of a “next level” busy, interesting world! We are Looking for a well presented, highly organised candidate who wants a meaty role!

You must have previous experience in a similar role, be a real team player with a flexible approach. An enthusiastic, can-do attitude essential.

Duties include:

Office Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office
  • Manage various conference and meeting rooms
  • Coordinating with cleaner and maintenance contacts to ensure smooth running of the office
  • Filing and record-keeping systems
  • Process, distribute, and file postal correspondence
  • Phone Management
  • Manage contracts
  • Office Documentation
  • HR Support
  • Team Assistant support

Person:

  • Well presented, friendly and professional
  • Ability to deal with fast changing and shifting priorities
  • Ability to promote, coordinate, and support change
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Strong Education
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of business English, correspondence formats, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Able to organize, plan, prioritize, and coordinate own work, as well as other assigned projects
