Job Description

A growing, independent communications agency looking for an exceptional Office Manager & Executive Assistant to become a central part of their team.

This is a pivotal, high-trust role combining senior executive support with office management and operational coordination. Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will play an integral role in ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day while helping create a positive, organised and collaborative working environment for the wider team.

The Role:

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide proactive, high-level diary and schedule management for the CEO and COO
  • Manage changing priorities with confidence and excellent judgement
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and track follow-up actions
  • Organise Senior Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, logistics and actions
  • Assist with travel arrangements and day-to-day administrative support
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, helping senior leaders maximise focus and productivity
  • Support operational projects and business priorities as required

Office Management

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Create a welcoming, professional and organised environment for employees and visitors
  • Manage relationships with office suppliers, IT providers and building management
  • Oversee office facilities, meeting rooms, supplies and shared spaces
  • Support wider operational activities as the business continues to grow

You will be highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail along with having some experience as an Office Manager/Operations along with any PA/EA support.
