Job Description

We have just picked up an exciting opportunity for a friendly and professional office manager to join this fantastic scale-up tech company based in the City!

The company is going from strength to strength and is looking for someone to keep the office running smoothly at all times but attitude is the most important.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach, be well-presented and personable. The role is dynamic with lots to get stuck in with, this is a great opportunity to grow and develop while working with a brilliant company.

  • Managing Tech for meetings
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering office stationery / supplies
  • Keeping the kitchen stocked
  • Managing suppliers
  • Managing events
  • Booking team events
  • Happy to assist with ad hoc tasks
