Job Description

Our client, a gorgeous luxury design studio in the heart of Chelsea, is looking for a cheerful, gregarious Office Manager/Receptionist for a holiday cover in September.

The team is a great fun, hardworking, with a dynamic inclusive feel – they have an exciting pipeline of projects! The successful candidate will be a quick learner who thrives in a creative environment.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting guests, making teas and coffees
  • Looking after the meeting rooms
  • Ordering office supplies and groceries
  • Managing ingoing and outgoing deliveries
  • Dealing with employee’s expenses
