They are a collaborative, fast-paced team of high performers who value diligence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business that is a key player in the UK real estate finance sector.

The Role

As an Operations and Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s operational and treasury functions. This position requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll work closely with senior management and multiple departments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across business-critical spreadsheets and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & accounts: Understand how loan transactions flow through various accounts and reconcile these with loan ledgers.
  • Data presentation: Develop innovative visualizations and presentations for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a logical, investigative mindset.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numerical data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
  • A proactive, positive, and tenacious attitude.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience or interest in real estate or finance.
