Job Description

We are looking for an up and coming, proactive PA to join one of the world’s largest visitor attraction operators – a company dedicated to providing memorable, immersive experiences for millions of guests worldwide.

Working in the Executive office, you’ll be providing full admin support to the EA to the CEO and the Chief of Staff. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast paced, hugely successful, international company, gaining exceptional C-Suite exposure.

The successful candidate should already have worked in a team support/admin/PA capacity, and be familiar with working in a busy, high volume environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Monitor correspondence, prioritise, action and track to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain calendars, organising meetings across multiple time zones
  • Supporting regular project meetings, collating, communicating minutes and actions, and following up
  • Admin support to the EA of CEO – travel, accommodation, taxis, expenses, meeting room bookings, etc
  • Organising filing systems
  • Supporting with preparation of high level documentation
  • Expenses
  • Raising Pos
  • Finance support

You will be:

  • An experienced PA
  • Experienced with Microsoft office
  • Experienced in organising detailed and complex travel arrangements
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven ability at meetings deadlines, managing conflicting priorities, multi-tasking and working well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to process sensitive and complex material
  • Ability to prepare presentation materials for conferences and meetings
  • Dealing proactively with telephone queries and emails
  • Strong planning – highly organised
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Pro active, self starting
