Job Description

An exciting opportunity to support the Chief People Officer within a fast-paced, global organisation. This is a high-profile, demanding PA role suited to someone confident, resilient, and commercially minded. You will thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment and can show longevity in roles with clear development and progression over time.

You will be based in the office 5 days a week.

Working as part of a collaborative and energetic PA team at the heart of the business, you will be supporting a C-suite leader with broad-ranging, strategic responsibilities.

Key Aspects of the role

  • Proactive PA support to the Chief People Officer across a broad and complex remit.
  • Working closely with the CPO to function as a trusted gatekeeper, manage priorities, diaries, and sensitive communications.
  • Dealing with executives and stakeholders across multiple time zones globally.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and wider business.
  • Manage operational tasks including POs, office coordination and ad-hoc support.

About You

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, with evident stability and progression in previous roles.
  • Ability to oversee problems autonomously and ensure expediency of workload.
  • Initiative-taking, confident, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with reactive workloads.
  • Experience within the creative industries and public-facing organisations is preferable.

Why Apply?

  • High-impact role in a globally recognised, fast-moving business.
  • Collaborative, supportive PA team culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, with the opportunity to further develop your career in a long-term, strategic PA position in a globally recognised organisation.
