Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced and collaborative consultancy firm, based in the heart of central London. As PA, you will be supporting the CEO with extensive diary management, a high volume of travel arrangements, meetings, etc. In addition, you will also be responsible for office management duties and ad hoc project management. This role would suit a PA who is looking to progress and develop their PA skills, in an environment where you are encouraged to take ownership! The ideal PA will have a positive, can do attitude and be able to think outside the box!

Duties will include:

  • Full diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Complex travel arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • Project management
  • Office management


  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Strong MS skills – including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to use initiative
  • Technology savvy
  • Efficient
  • High attention to detail
