PA to CMO and CAO

Job Description

We are looking for a slick, professional PA for a highly successful Private Equity backed Premium Education provider. A globally renowned company, they are very much a destination workplace, based in gorgeous offices in Victoria. Based in stunning offices in Victoria, you will be looking after 2 Executives: the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Admissions Officer in a full PA capacity. As such, you will be well versed in complex and in-depth coordination: excellence in Diary, Email and Travel management will be essential in this position.
For the successful candidate, this role offers great scope for progression. This role would suit a candidate with an interest in marketing, as there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved!

Responsibilities:

• Extensive travel arrangements
• Complex diary management
• Organise and schedule meetings
• Ad hoc admin tasks
