PA to CFO & Team - Industrial Real Estate

Our client, a rapidly growing industrial real estate company, are looking to hire a confident, bubbly PA to support the company CFO and the wider FP&A team.

This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience working as a Team Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career.

This is a fabulous, traditional PA role that requires the utmost attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The CFO has a diary like Tetris so there will never be a dull moment!

The role is based in newly refurbished offices in the Heart of London’s West End and the culture is flexible and scalable. There is plenty of scope to get involved across all aspects of the business as they are soon to merge with another business. We are seeking candidates with a great sense of energy, and willingness to muck in.

Duties will include:

• Diary management for the CFO predominantly
• Coordinating internal and external meetings for large teams of people across the business
• Liaising and communicating with the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Leadership Team
• Coordinating internal and external meetings for the FP&A team
• Arranging travel arrangements and processing related expense reports for the CFO
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of our London office, aligning processes and protocols across all office environments
• Liaising with vendors, maintenance and building management to ensure smooth running of the office environment
• Maintaining office and kitchen supplies (considering environmental factors)
• Distributing incoming post and arranging couriers to collect outgoing post
• Maintaining & implementing office/Health & Safety policies
• Maintaining a positive work environment and help embed our company culture across all office environments
• Assist with company socials and events such as the Summer Social and Christmas Party
• Assisting with ad hoc projects as and when required

You will be:

• An experienced Team Assistant with the drive to work hard
• Friendly, confident, bubbly and sociable
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Expert diary manager!
• Muck-in attitude

Other notes:

• 1 day WFH per week
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Private healthcare after probation with Vitality
• Statutory pension
