Part-Time Marketing Manager

Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for crafting engaging content and driving brand growth? Bain and Gray are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days a week).

This is a dynamic and varied role, working closely with the Managing Director and Founding Directors to enhance Bain and Gray’s marketing presence. You’ll be responsible for managing social media and content creation while supporting the team in boosting SEO and strengthening Bain and Gray’s brand strategy to ensure the brand remains visible, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and design engaging content for social media, newsletters, podcasts, blogs, and website updates. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
• SEO & Blog Writing: Work closely with our SEO agency to create industry-relevant, Google-friendly content that drives visibility and engagement.
• Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and polished brand image across all marketing efforts.
• Social Media & LinkedIn: Oversee Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, crafting compelling posts, growing engagement, and responding to trends in real time.
• Design & Visual Content: Confidently use Canva to create eye-catching visuals for social media, newsletters, and website updates.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Marketing, Social Media, or Content Creation role.
• A strong writer with excellent grammar, spelling, and an eye for compelling storytelling.
• A natural creative with an ability to design visually appealing content in Canva.
• A self-starter who thrives in an independent role and can manage multiple projects efficiently.
• A social media pro with experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
