Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of a boutique real estate investment and asset management business with a portfolio of urban industrial and retail properties across Greater London and the South East.

This is a key operational role within a small, professional team, supporting senior management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, coordinating approvals, and preparing online payments across multiple entities
  • Managing utilities and business rates, including change-of-tenancy administration
  • Maintaining accurate records across Xero, Re-Leased, and Monday.com
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, together with electronic and physical filing systems
  • Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and tenants on administrative matters
  • General office management, including facilities and office supplies
  • Supporting company filings, reporting, and correspondence
  • Welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar operational support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and Office 365 administration skills
  • Experience using accounting software, ideally Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in financial administration
  • Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Desirable:

  • Experience with Re-Leased or similar property management software
  • Previous experience within real estate, property management, or professional services

Working Pattern

  • Part-time: 3–5 days per week
  • Minimum of 3 days per week office-based

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 FTE (pro rata), depending on experience
