Job Description

Location: Victoria
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Part-Time (2 days per week office based, with potential to increase to 3 days)

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and discreet Personal Assistant 2 days a week to support a boutique family office. This is a traditional PA role, suited to an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Working closely with the principals, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative tasks while providing proactive support across a variety of business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive diary and calendar management
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Producing, reviewing, and maintaining documents to a high standard
  • Managing filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • General administration and office organisation
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Managing emails, correspondence and document workflows
  • Liaising with household staff, professional advisers and external contacts where required

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Background supporting UHNW, family office, boutique financial services or private individual are essential
  • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively and work independently
  • Professional, personable and trustworthy
