Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support two senior executives within a fast-paced, international Insurance company, with a third executive joining later in the year. This is a new role for team and so one you are able to put your own stamp on.

This is a genuinely lovely opportunity for a PA who enjoys being at the heart of things, working closely with senior leaders, building trusted relationships, and helping a busy team stay organised and on track. You’ll be part of a small, supportive PA team in a collaborative, welcoming environment where people truly look out for one another.

Hybrid working: 3 days office

The Role

  • Providing high-level PA support to two senior executives
  • Managing busy and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Organising complex international travel and itineraries
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential information with care and discretion
  • Helping the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

About You

  • An experienced PA or EA who enjoys supporting at senior level
  • Naturally organised, calm, and great at juggling priorities
  • Friendly, professional, and confident in your communication style
  • Proactive and happy to use your initiative
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
