Private PA (12-month Maternity Cover)

Job Description

A Global PR and Communications company are looking for a fantastic Private PA to support their dynamic Founder! This is a 12 month maternity cover so candidates need to be available to hit the ground running in September. They area a really fun, creative, and buzzy office in central London.

This is really busy and fast paced Private role. You will be office based and spinning many plates for the Founder. He travels a huge amount, has a family and needs someone who can work alongside his Business EA to ensure work and home run smoothly.

Duties will include:

• Complex travel booking
• Booking family holidays
• Managing household staff
• Liaising with family members
• Buying gifts
• Fleet management
• Booking personal appointments
• Overseeing house projects
• Arranging and organising social events

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 5 years solid Private PA experience
• Have worked in a very pacey, ideally creative environment
• Be professional and polished
• Be highly discreet
• Be available immediately
