Job Description

I am working with an empowering, all female and incredibly well-established wellbeing and aesthetics clinic to help them find a a polished and dynamic receptionist and administrator. Based in a beautiful clinic in the heart of Harley Street, the clinic attracts an impressive roster of HNWI and VIP guests.

A varied and very busy Reception role, you must be adaptable, tech savvy and most importantly – a team player! The company offers fabulous perks such as access to discounted treatments following successful completion of probation and a generous holiday allowance (28 days).


  • Managing a busy Reception
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries from patients and prospective clients
  • Managing four busy treatment rooms
  • Manage calendars through an online booking system
  • Re-stocking all office supplies
  • Ad hoc admin for the wider team

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role (corporate or medical) or perhaps even come from a cabin crew role. You must be immaculately presented, with a must have a can do attitude, confidence and emotional intelligence, be cool under pressure and a real problem solver.
