Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Team at Bain and Gray. You will be looking after clients ranging from finance, media, property, UHNWs and tech amongst others. At Bain and Gray, our service is paramount. You will be working with a close team to provide an exceptional service and consultative style approach to our clients and candidates alike across roles from office juniors and graduate entry to to Chief of Staff positions. You will be managing a portfolio of candidates and matching their job search with our clients requirements. We pay competitive base salary, excellent commission and quarterly bonuses. We provide an exemplary benefits package and will offer a hybrid working style structure when it allows. Three Days in our stunning offices in Soho and two days from home.

Day to day will incorporate some of the following tasks...

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the job vacancy, absorbing the characteristics of the role and candidate specification
  • Writing advertisements for roles ensuring key word use, target candidate attraction, and compliance
  • Database management: ensuring information is regularly updated and accurately maintained, utilising information to assist searches and reports.
  • Setting up interviews and feeding back to candidates and clients in the absence of consultants or as directed by directors
  • Conducting research and compiling relevant documents for candidates to ensure they are fully informed ahead of interviews
  • Managing weekly temporary administration for team reports and ad hoc for topical market information
  • Assisting with business development activity providing detailed information on companies and individuals.
  • Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge, maintaining a high level of research activity capturing market and people intelligence.
