Job Description

A lovely position has come up working for boutique executive search firm located in beautiful offices just off Hanover Square. With a close-knit team, this is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic, high-performing environment. The firm works across fast-moving sectors including hospitality, travel, leisure, luxury brands, and more.

This role offers exceptional progression potential. It’s ideal for a bright graduate eager to develop strong research and business skills. What You’ll Be Doing Research & Insight

  • Identifying potential target companies across multiple sectors
  • Building long lists and mapping talent
  • Preparing client report summaries
  • Conducting research and producing candidate briefing documents
  • Monitoring daily industry news and circulating insights internally

Administrative Support

  • Managing office supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Assisting with meeting materials and preparation
  • Providing general admin support including data entry, filing, and document creation
  • Helping organise internal events and team meetings
  • Supporting CRM development and business development activities
  • Assisting with invoicing and basic account management

Office Coordination

  • Ensuring the office remains tidy, welcoming, and professional
  • Liaising with building management, cleaners, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
