Job Description

An exciting Senior EA position has come up, working within the Private Office of a Philanthropist and Academic, based in offices in Paddington. Working and overseeing a boutique team, this role is for someone with experience and gravitas, and a strategic sort of mind. It’s a very meaty position, involving EA support to the Principal, Project and Operational management in the office.

The right candidate will be a team player, thick skinned with fantastic communication skills. This is a prestigious post and will require a presence in the office to ensure seamless co-ordination and support to the principal.

Duties might include:

• Complex diary management
• Creating briefing packs
• Drafting speeches
• Being main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Finance management
• Raising purchase orders
• Expenses
• Drafting invitations
• Sourcing venues for events
• Overseeing filing systems

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in the civil service or academic setting
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Experience in managing complex operations
• Super flexible and proactive attitude
• High levels of attention to detail
