Job Description

One of our longest clients, a highly successful boutique investment fund manager firm looking for a bright, dedicated Senior EA and Operations Manager to join the private side of their hugely successful financial services dynasty.

Based in the heart of Mayfair, you will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in a stimulating, dynamic and environment.

This role is the key contact alongside the chief of staff to ensure that all parts of the principal’s personal and business life run smoothly. Based in the CIO’s office, we are looking for candidate of the highest of calibre that can work in an ever changing and dynamic environment.


  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Principal’s business and personal life, including planning itineraries, booking travel, facilitating family life and coordinating business and personal logistics
  • Managing correspondence, calls and a complex diary
  • Communicating effectively, efficiently and promptly with the Principal
  • Managing household staff across the property portfolio
  • Maintaining strong relationships and negotiating contracts and rates with external suppliers
  • Creating and updating records, including inventories, documentation, logs and contacts
  • Researching, implementing and managing complex and diverse projects and purchases
  • Liaising with the Property and Household teams regarding the property, interiors and art portfolios
  • Working closely with Finance regarding record-keeping and budgets
  • Liaising with members of the wider team on firmwide projects and initiatives
  • Continually seeking opportunities to streamline and optimise processes
  • Carrying out ad-hoc research, errands and requests.

Candidate perquisites:

  • 2:1 degree from a top university
  • Previous experience in a private PA / family office / financial services role
  • Solutions orientated
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Confident with high attention to detail
