Job Description

A driven, friendly and collaborative family office based near Marylebone with interests in fashion, tech and real estate is seeking a professional and hands-on Team Assistant (temp to perm). The office is dynamic and collaborative, the team incredibly forward thinking and there is great opportunity for progression.

This role is vital to the team, incredibly varied and you will wear many different hats. This is an opportunity for someone with approximately 6 months to 1 year of experience under their belt and a brilliantly positive and smiley attitude.

You will be getting involved in anything from working with the investment team, scheduling meetings, running errands, booking international travel or even helping out with projects. The role is varied, interesting and meaty and there is a lot of scope to progress and take on more!

  • Being the ‘go-to’ person, going above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of all tasks across the office.
  • Anticipating the needs of the two Executive Assistants to ensure the Principle, CEO and wider office are run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Extensive calendar, diary and travel management for the Principle and CEO, in support of the two Executive Assistants.
  • Assisting with Inbox management for the Principle.
  • Responsibility for the preparation of letters, presentations, reports and document formatting.
  • Responsibility for filing materials, documents and emails.
  • Assisting with the preparation and management of semi-annual business conferences.
  • Assisting with the organisation of team events including birthdays, celebrations, and team socials.
  • Responsibility for the preparation of materials for use by the two Executive Assistants including,
    • Meeting coordination and organisation
    • General research
    • Personal and business travel research, creating itineraries, booking, monitoring and problem solving.
    • Ad hoc projects, errand running and shopping.
    • Ad hoc requests from the wider investment team.
  • Responsibility for setting up meeting rooms, leading meet and greet and ensuring refreshments have been offered.
  • General office management.

I am looking for someone who is super positive, friendly and who has buckets of initiative. Confident to jump in and get things done alongside knowing when to ask questions. This is for someone who has spark and ‘hustle’, buckets of potential and wants to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
