The school has an outstanding academic and cultural reputation and educates children aged 4–13, with a long established history and strong links to leading senior schools. The PA will join from February 2026, working closely with the Head and Senior Management Team and playing a key role in the smooth running of the school.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head, the PA will provide high level administrative and organisational support across all aspects of school leadership. The role involves regular interaction with pupils, parents, staff, governors and external stakeholders, requiring professionalism, discretion and confidence.

  • Preparing agendas and minuting SMT and other key meetings
  • Drafting and circulating weekly communications to parents
  • Producing the termly school diary in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Supporting governance, inspection and statutory reporting requirements
  • Organising travel, catering and school events (with occasional out-of-hours attendance)
  • Managing databases, contact lists, mailings and pupil records
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising and interview scheduling
  • Assisting with admissions-related events and marketing activity
  • Providing wider administrative support to senior leaders as required

About you:
This role would suit an exceptional administrator with excellent organisational and ICT skills, able to manage competing priorities with calm efficiency. You will be professional, discreet, adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do approach.
