Our client, a creative agency based in the heart of the West End, are looking for a dedicated and personable EA to support their CEO.
The role will be to start asap for at least a 3-month period with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
The successful EA will be confident covering both business and private support and will have the flexibility to work out of hours when needed. This is such an exciting opportunity for a team player who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise.
The CEO is charismatic, incredibly driven and has high attention to detail, requiring a very high level of support.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
We are looking for a Temporary EA who is a fast thinker and has the ability to work well under tight deadlines. The successful candidate must have atleast 5 years prior support experience and should be confident working across multiple time zones. This is a great opportunity to join an incredibly buzzy environment where no two days are the same.
