Are you looking to progress your career and hungry for the next step up?

We are seeking an exceptional EA who is looking for a full throttle role, the successful EA will be given extensive responsibilities across the business both supporting the CEO, working closely with their research team, and managing business critical projects. Our client works within finance and is highly respected and known in their industry.

You will be joining a boutique, gorgeous office based in the City where you will be valued and looked after – the sky is the limit! Due to the immediate need this is a temp role with so much opportunity.

Crucial to the role is a natural and exceptional organiser, brilliant communicator and an EA who will truly invest themselves in the business and drive business objectives. Your role will be exceptionally dynamic and hands-on.

Required skills:

  • Supporting the CEO across both business and private to include complex inbox management and correspondence, everchanging diary, travel, and meeting arrangements across time zones.
  • Managing office administration.
  • Analytical and highly organised - outstanding time management and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills to produce focussed relevant documentation for clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and working to demanding deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly and build relationships with individuals from all levels of an organisation both internally and externally.
  • Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Please note this role is office based.
