Our client, an inspirational registered charity, are seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the Chair and the Treasurer. This fantastic opportunity has variation and scope and is the ideal role for someone confident with a keen willingness to learn. This is a 6-month temporary role with the potential to turn permanent. Our client offers a hybrid working structure and all applicants must be available immediately.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for prominent organisations so must have impeccable communication skills and initiative. The lovely team are very supportive and are always forward planning, so proactiveness is essential.
Responsibilities include:
Candidates need at least 3 years prior EA experience, ideally in a charity or non-profitable organisation. Also, strong knowledge of excel and word are necessary.
