Our client, a leading multinational investment bank, are looking to take on several temps within their Investment Banking Division. This is a very high paced role supporting within an incredibly busy team with high demands and no room for error. The successful Team Assistant must have prior experience supporting within the investment banking division of a financial institution. The role will be supporting approximately 7 individuals made up of 4 seniors and 3 more junior members of staff. This will be a good fit for a Temporary Team Assistant who likes to juggle meetings, work across multiple diaries and thrives in a high pressured environment.

We are looking for a Temporary Team Assistant who remains calm under pressure, has the ability to multitask and must be able to work at pace. Our client offers a great package, 9am – 5pm working hours (flexibility required) and hybrid working after the first two months. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a leading global business who really look after their support staff and offer a great working culture. The successful Team Assistant must be immediately available on an ongoing basis.
