Job Description

Our client is dynamic with a team who have real blue sky thinking – they are the only company specialising in their area of expertise! A small yet established and rapidly expanding start up in the tech and sustainable space, seeking an EA to their CEO.

Due to the immediate need and it being a new role in the business, this a temp to perm opportunity.

Our client are breaking barriers and are hugely passionate about the environment, the CEO is full of energy – a true entrepreneur.

The CEO is seeking an innovative, creative, resilient, and excellent EA – looking to be a true thought partner and take ownership of their role.

We need an EA who enjoys brining structure to creativity, is passionate about the environment, is proven and immensely confident working across strategy, operations and ensuring seamless and proactive support to the CEO.

As per the nature of a start-up, you will wear many hats! The team are collaborative, fun, and social and truly believe in their product.

Based in gorgeous office in central London, out client has a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and manage the CEOs complex and everchanging diary and scheduling
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO and company Executives
  • Organising and booking end to end travel arrangements and itineraries, across time zones
  • Preparing and organising strategic materials to support the CEO in meetings
  • Preparation of Board materials
  • Liaising with the Senior Management team and Board of Directors
  • Adhoc support to the Chief of Staff and MD
  • Commercial awareness and research - connecting organisations, projects, and critical business information

Key skills:

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience within a start-up
  • An EA with sound judgment and the innate ability to prioritise and make decisions
  • Energetic, eager to tackle new projects and ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adopt new tools and work flexibly in a quickly evolving environment
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills
