Job Description

An incredibly exciting, unicorn role has come up for a PA to support an UHNWI on a travelling basis. The principal has several business ventures and sits as a chairman for several companies and splits his time predominately throughout Europe, Asia and America. This role requires 360 degree, private support with occasional out of hours support needed when the principal is travelling. Additionally, there will be some ad-hoc business support (around 10%). While each day will be different, the core duties will include:

  • Compressive diary management on the both the business and private side across multiple time zones.
  • Complex and ever-changing travel management – including the management of Visa’s, private jets and detailed itineraries
  • Managing budgets and expenses
  • Research for personal projects
  • Household management across all residence (managing staff, contractors & suppliers)
  • Personal shopping and gifting
  • Taking minutes in business meeting
  • Proof reading documents and letters as well as managing additional business administration on an ad-hoc basis

This role will require fairly regular international travel which may involve for being away a month at a time (with the option to return home on weekends). It is important that the incoming candidate can accommodate this within their lifestyle and can often go away with a small amount of notice

Candidate requirements:

  • Extensive experience supporting an UHNWI including luxury life style management
  • Diplomatic, discrete and able to handle sensitive situations
  • Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal English
  • Loyal, professional with longevity
  • Commercially savvy with a business mind set
  • Clean driving licence
