The Bain and Gray recruitment service is constantly evolving in response to the market.  Virtual office assistants are a need we have identified in response to a change in the way our Clients are working and running their businesses and companies.  Virtual assistant jobs are on the increase as more businesses work online and remotely without the overheads of expensive offices.  More business people are travelling constantly, holding meetings and working all over London, the UK and Internationally.  This increasingly fluid and efficient way to run a business, means typically smaller companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups do not have a need for office space, however do often require administration staff, PA or reception support to maximise their time.

We are delighted to offer another recruitment option to our temporary service that gives our clients flexibility and peace of mind.  We will ensure you always get the same candidate assisting you wherever possible, and in the case that they may not be available, we will source a candidate with comparable experience, and ensure a seamless and comprehensive handover takes place to make the impact as minimal as possible.
All candidates will have been reference checked and interviewed and vetted by us at our offices and signed all the contracts and paperwork needed to start working for you straight away.  You may need general administrative and secretarial help, or a receptionist service while you are in meetings or travelling.  We can also source senior PA’s with experience, who can remotely manage more complex diary scheduling and online support as you need it with consistency and professionalism.

Our Virtual Support is broad, and encompasses all the support we offer on our Temporary Desk: 

•    Reception; answering calls, taking detailed messages, forwarding phone calls

•    Secretarial and Office Administration; Project work, copy typing, audio typing, research, report writing, mailshots, spreadsheet work, expenses, presentations and ad hoc work as required.

•    Event professionals; end to end event organisation, brochure creation, marketing and distribution, guest list response and co-ordination with all elements as required

•    PA/EA’s; general administration, organising travel arrangements, diary management, general correspondence, processing of expenses, liaising with businesses and screening calls

Our costs are exactly the same as they are for our office based temps.  You are charged by the hour for the work completed which is agreed and signed off weekly by you.  There will be no hidden costs and if you require a service that involves expenses or a specific project with a daily rate, we will discuss and agree this with you before we find you the virtual assistance that you require to suit your needs.
