Job Description

One of our longest clients, a highly successful boutique investment fund manager firm looking for a bright, dedicated Business Administrator to join their hugely successful team.

Based in the heart of Mayfair, you will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in a stimulating, dynamic and environment.

The Business Administration team supports the delivery of service excellence across a wide range of streams. The team provides essential support to the various departments of the team. This includes scheduling meetings, booking travel, managing accounts and ad hoc projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing executive assistant support to specific individuals, including managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Office diary management to include booking meeting rooms for staff, managing the firmwide calendar and compiling meeting materials
  • Booking travel and creating itineraries for staff members’ corporate trips
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to teams across the business
  • Managing newspapers and research-based subscriptions
  • Liaising with contractors and external office suppliers
  • As required, supporting the Reception team and covering them on the desk; to include providing an exceptional experience to visitors and guests of the firm, supporting with meeting room bookings, and managing the phones
  • Planning and managing events such as staff social events, dinners, and catered onsite events
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders, invoices and petty cash
  • of practice, to ensure records remain up-to-date and accurate
