If you are looking for temporary work, please send your CV across to our temp team via temps@bainandgray.com On receipt of your CV, we will assess your skills and experience and a member of the team will contact you within 48 hours if we are able to help with your job search.
From there, we will arrange a registration interview with you either face to face or via video call to discuss your experience in further depth and to provide guidance on your CV. We will proceed to run through how we work as an agency and the type of roles we feel would fit with your skillset and availability. Please note we receive a high volume of CVs on a daily basis so sadly we are not able to come back to all candidates.

All of our temps accrue holiday pay per hour worked. This is a percentage of your hourly rate which accrues overtime and can be used to cover any periods of absence during longer term temporary bookings. Alternatively, we will pay out any outstanding holiday pay at the end of each booking. Alongside holiday pay, the benefits will vary depending on our clients set up. Our temps will have full access to our clients on site offerings – often including free breakfast, events and on-site facilities. Other benefits may also include hybrid working, flexible hours and any tech required for the role.
