Please send us your CV directly through our Job Search page.

After we receive your CV we will make contact with you within 48 hours to make an appointment to register with us and dicuss the roles you're interested in, if your application has been successful.

We will then find a mutually convenient time to meet either face to face at our offices, or online, whatever is quickest and easiest for you. The registration form will be emailed to you to complete prior to the registration meeting, saving time to talk to your Consultant.

Please bring a valid UK passport, and/or UK visa to your registration.

No fees are payable to register as a candidate with Bain and Gray.

Candidates are tested as required by your Consultant.

Some of our Clients require tests as part of their hiring protocol, but these vary and we will advise and direct you accordingly. We are with you every step of the way in your job search, and will only test when necessary.

Yes. Our Consultants are trained to give advice and best practice to all candidates as they go through your CV with you. This is a crucial document in the job search, and our team can finesse and advise you to present the best possible CV for your individual career focus and future job search.

Your Consultant will give you all the information you need; from what questions to expect from the interviewer, the style of the interview - whether it's relaxed and a 'meeting the team' exercise. Or, whether it is more formal with an HR professional and structured or competency based questions.

If you need extra support you can come to our offices for interview technique and practice prior to your job interview. This can be hugely beneficial if you have never interviewed before, or have not been to a job interview for a long time.

We know our Clients so we can give you all the tips and knowledge you need so you are ready for all those tricky questions and don't get caught out! We want you to give the very best interview for the right outcome.

We will advise on market conditions and the current salary expectations when you register with us, so you have a clear idea of what you can get. We can also give you current bonus and benefit packages available, so you understand the full scope of what is competitive and suitable for you.

By the nature of our business we have the most up to date and current knowledge on the market. We are constantly reviewing and analysing the market conditions, and release a bi-annual salary survey and market insights to guide both our Candidate and our Clients.

Stay in touch with your Consultant you registered with as regularly as you need to either by phone or email, whatever suits you best.

Your Consultant will keep in touch with you on a regular basis with jobs, updates and check in calls. Crucially it is important you update us of any changes or developments in your career journey or job search, so we can stay fully informed of your circumstances and make sure you are hearing about the right job vacancies and opportunities.
