We are finding ourselves recruiting for an ever increasing number of contract roles as businesses seek to be more agile in working practices and employee headcount. A contract role, where the candidate is on your payroll for any length of time from typically three to twelve months or more, serves a business purpose for growing companies and parental leave amongst other things.
