We are proud of our long standing relationship with the Oxford Media and Business School (OMBS) and London's Quest Professional. The colleges produce some of the best candidates looking to start their careers, who are trained in exceptional office and business skills. Bain and Gray are delighted to help with their job search.

Our consultants regularly visit both OMBS in Oxford, and Quest Professional in London, to give career talks and advice to students. We also help organise the work experience programme for the students, who often receive permanent job offers as a result.

Work experience

Work experience is key to introducing bright, new talent into the market. Through a disrupted office work pattern post 2020 graduates and college leavers were held back from gaining workplace experience, and in turn this has created a shortage of office ready first jobbers coming into the market. Work experience cements the training for students and introduces them to practical and real office dynamics and procedures, paving the way to their first job.

We have been running the work experience programme since our inception, and through this we have built lasting relationships with both students and clients. Many students impress to such a level that a job offer is a common result of the programme.
