EA & Office Manager - Boutique Property Investment

Job Description

A gorgeous, boutique property investment and development company is looking for an excellent communicator to maintain the smooth running of a very fast-paced office!

Based in gorgeous West London offices, you would be joining a very driven team who need someone to keep things in working order, always three steps ahead and a fantastic multi-tasker. There is plenty of opportunity to grow into this role and really make it your own!

The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a recent role, incredibly good organisational and prioritising skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients and external suppliers
• Implementing processes smoothly and precisely
• Conducting and managing weekly marketing and property meetings
• Maintaining and updating website content
• Booking travel, restaurants, meetings, and appointments
• Manage inboxes
• Manage diaries
• Maintain office supplies
• Produce and proofread professional documents

The ideal candidate:

• Multi-tasking
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Lightening fast typing speed – lots of live dictation!
• Previous accounting experience would be ideal – Fee notes and invoicing etc
