Hybrid EA for Private Equity Company

Job Description

A highly successful private equity company currently in a huge growth phase is looking for a capable and confident EA to support the co-founders as well as some ad hoc support to the wider team when required.

This is a dynamic role with great opportunities to really grow into the role, as well as incredible exposure for someone with an interest in Finance. I am looking for a bright, personable and professional individual with some previous EA/PA experience to hit the ground running!

Duties include:

• Calendar and diary management

• Managing email inboxes and sending responses

• Preparing memos, letters, presentations, statements and other documents

• Proofreading documents prepared by wider team

• Arranging travel and booking accommodation

• Answering and directing telephone calls

• Dealing with daily post

• Providing general administrative support to the team

• Greeting visitors and clients

• File management

• Ad-hoc duties and projects as delegated

Please note that this role has a hybrid working structure, with a 3:2 split in the office.
