Office / Marketing Manager - Boutique Residential Property

Job Description

My client, an owner of an independent, boutique residential property marketing company, is looking for a Marketing/Office Manager.

Working collaboratively with residential property companies based predominately in the Home Counties, I am looking for candidates that have a strong understanding of quintessential country life, a clear interest in property and ideally marketing experience.

Based in refined, traditional offices in the heart of Mayfair, you will be working 1:1 with the owner, assisting with the running of the office day to day and implementing a range of PR, Marketing and Social Media activities, including organising various Property events.

Please note, this is 5 day office based.

Duties will include:

• Producing social media content and managing the website
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives
• Maintaining and developing media contacts
• Managing a bi-annual property publication
• Organising the annual Property show
• Day to day management of existing clients
• Researching potential new clients
• General office admin

You will be:

• Polished, well spoken
• Natural people person
• Excellent communicator – written and verbal
• Property experience/interest essential
• Marketing experience desirable
• 1 year’s office experience minimum
