Job Description

A very exciting junior position has come up for a proactive and sparky candidate who has an eager to learn mind-set! Working for a small but successful Talent Management company with a focus on the Music industry, you will support the company Founder with a wide variety of PA duties plus some Artist management too.

The right candidate will be a self-starter and comfortable with a non -corporate set up. You will work from Soho Houses or remotely and be expected to be extremely communicative with the team via WhatsApp and video calls. This is a busy role with amazing progression opportunities available for the right person. They need someone who can handle pace and not drop the ball!

While this role does have amazing perks such as gigs and festivals, this is an administrative role first and foremost so candidates must be willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard!

Duties will include:

  • Project tracking; assist mapping of all current, past, future projects for CEO and wider team collectively.
  • Minute taking; take notes and list actions from meetings, distribute outcomes and actions where appropriate.
  • Information Management: filing and distributing information/files/assets where requested.
  • Accounts: completing personal and business expenses, travel requisitions and mileage log, company budgets and spending reports as requested.
  • Diary management; arranging business and personal meetings/appointments.
  • Travel arrangements; facilitating local and international personal and work travel for CEO and wider team.
  • Brand management; assist with company brand presence (incl website management, logo creation, document templates etc)
  • Ad hoc assistance (incl tech support, personal and business errands, gifting, team social activities/event planning, recruitment etc)
  • Manage artists’ and company general enquiry inboxes.

The right candidate:

  • Will have some admin/ PA experience under their belt
  • Be a fast learner
  • Be really keen to learn more!
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be super on it and organized
